Strength and Olympic Lifting
- 50 m tire flip
- 20 sledge hammer swings, both arms
- Bench press 3 sets 5 x 65% max, 5 x 75% max, max reps at 85%. My max is 125 lbs; I did 6 reps on the last set.
- Front squats, 8 – 6 – 4 – 2, increasing each time. 85, 105, 125 lbs for the first three sets. Only did 1 rep on the last, at 135. That is my working max for front squat, 135 lbs.
- Pull up ladder. Supposed to do 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3. Got through first three sets. Failed on the fourth. Completed last three at partial completion.
- Weight ring dip max. 7.5 lbs.
I never ring dipped until yesterday. Proud of myself for being able to do 7.5 lbs hah.
